In this essay, we delve into our research on Xina Restaurant, exploring its strengths, weaknesses, and the critical role of social media, all while seeking to uncover how information systems shape its path forward. Through our discussions with Xina's management, we've unearthed the tools they employ, the challenges they navigate, and the strategies that elevate their business. Embarking on this journey, we aim to unveil the symbiotic relationship between technology, engagement, and culinary artistry, revealing a comprehensive view of Xina's world from both the digital and culinary lenses.
First of all, we will introduce the background of Xina restaurant. Nestled on Rt. 37 in Toms River, Xina Restaurant is an Asian cuisine gem known for sushi and a full oyster bar. Family-owned by the Lees, it offers take-out, catering, parties, and more. The Lee family, along with managers like Rick, Katrina, and Natalie, ensure a seamless experience. With a blend of traditional flavors and modern services, Xina has become a local favorite.
